BOGO Scholastic Book Fair

This Spring Book Fair is a BOGO event!!!  Buy one book, get one free!  It will be on June 1st and 2nd in the Library.  We will be having a breakfast event on Friday morning from 7:30 – 8:30am, where you can come in and shop with your child.  The children can shop during school hours with their teachers on both days with money you have sent in.  We will also be open after school on Friday, June 2nd until 3:45pm.

There will be a Classroom Wish List display in the library for the Book Fair.  If you are able to make it to the Book Fair during one of the parent shopping times; Friday, June 2nd from  7:30 am – 8:30 am for Books and Breakfast -or- Friday, June 2nd from  3:10 – 3:45 pm after school, Please be sure to check it out and treat your teacher to a new book to share with her class!

If you are unable to come during those times, you may fill out one of the Classroom Wish List Gift Certificates sent home with your child, cut it out and send it in with your child, with payment, on their shopping day.  Your child will then fill out a bookplate with their name on it and it will go to the teacher to purchase books for her classroom!

Teacher Appreciation Week

Teacher Appreciation is May 8th – 12th We have some volunteer opportunities to help during the week to bring in some food items.  Please see Parent Volunteer Opportunities link on the right hand side of the page.  Also, we thought it would be nice if the kids brought in a little something each day to show their appreciation to their teacher.  Here is the flier that went out with the schedule of events……

Tricky Tray is Fast Approaching!

Parker’s Tricky Tray is Friday, April 28th.  Some things you need to know…..

  1. All Pre-Sale Admission and Raffle Ticket Bundles are due in by Friday, April 21.
  2. We need volunteers, please see our SignUp page for available spots!

Welcome to our new website!!

Parker PTO is going green!

We would like to stop sending home so many notices and papers…helping the environment as well as clutter in your child’s folders…and your home! 🙂  In order for us to do that, we have started this new website!  Since it’s new, please bear with us as we get it going.

As we go into this new endeavor, WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!  Please fill out the  form on the JOIN tab so we can send out information and upcoming events in a weekly email to all of the parents.  We will not use your email for anything other than PTO related items!

And please give us all of your comments and suggestions, we could really use them and look forward to your help!!!
